🔷 GAP STRUCTURE CLASSIFICATION (Mastery Roadmap)

🟢 1️ BEGINNER LEVEL — GAP

📌 Gap কী?

Gap
👉 Price

  • liquidity vacuum
  • institutional execution

Market

4 MAIN TYPES (Core Classification)

1️ Fair Value Gap (FVG)

👉 3-candle structure

📌 Structure:

  • Candle 1 → push
  • Candle 2 → strong displacement
  • Candle 3 → continuation

👉 মাঝের inefficient zone = FVG

📌 Meaning:

  • Institutional order imbalance

📌 Use:

  • Entry zone (pullback entry)
  • Liquidity refill area

2️ Common Gap

👉 Normal market gap যা fundamental/regular volatility তৈরি হয়

  • Weak significance
  • Usually get filled quickly

📌 Meaning:

  • No strong institutional intent

📌 Use:

  • Not reliable for trading decision alone

3️ Breakaway Gap

  • Resistance/Support break করে
  • High momentum
  • Low chance of immediate fill

📌 Meaning:

👉 Institutional trend initiation

📌 Use:

  • Trend confirmation
  • Entry after retracement

4️ Exhaustion Gap

  • Overextended move
  • Volume spike
  • Weak continuation after gap

📌 Meaning:

👉 Smart money distribution phase

📌 Use:

  • Reversal warning signal

🟣 3️ ADVANCED LEVEL — GAP এর real market behaviour

🔷 1. Gap = Liquidity Imbalance

সব gap আসলে:
👉 liquidity displacement

Market 3

1.     Create imbalance

2.     Return to fill inefficiency

3.     Continue trend or reverse

🔷 2. FVG + Structure Relationship

FVG কখন valid?

👉 Only when it aligns with:

  • BOS (Break of Structure)
  • Trend direction
  • Liquidity sweep

❌ Random FVG = useless
Contextual FVG = high probability

🔷 3. Breakaway Gap = Trend Engine

Breakaway gap
👉 Market has accepted new price level

After this:

  • old level becomes liquidity zone
  • pullback = entry opportunity

🔷 4. Exhaustion Gap = Distribution Signal

Key logic:

  • retail enters late
  • smart money exits

Signs:

  • big candle + weak follow through
  • opposite structure soon after

🔴 4️ PRO LEVEL — Institutional Logic (SMC Integration)

🔷 1. FVG + Order Block + Liquidity

Pro traders

👉 FVG is not standalone
👉 It works inside a confluence system:

  • Order Block
  • Liquidity Sweep
  • BOS / CHoCH

🔷 2. Entry Model Using Gap

Best model:

Liquidity sweep → BOS → FVG retracement → Entry → Expansion

🔷 3. Gap Fill Logic

Not all gaps fill immediately:

  • Strong trend → partial fill or no fill
  • Weak trend → full fill
  • Exhaustion → reverse fill

🟡 5️ TRADING CHECKLIST (RULE-BASED SYSTEM)

✅ Before trading any Gap, check:

📌 1. Type of Gap?

  • FVG / Breakaway / Exhaustion / Common

📌 2. Market Context?

  • Trend or range?

📌 3. Structure?

  • BOS confirmed?

📌 4. Liquidity?

  • Swept or not?

📌 5. Location?

  • Premium / discount zone?

🚫 NO TRADE CONDITIONS:

  • Random FVG in sideways market
  • Common gap without structure
  • Exhaustion gap in strong trend continuation

🧠 6️ PRACTICE TASKS (Mastery Build)

🟢 Task 1 — Chart Marking

  • 50 charts collect করো
  • শুধু FVG mark করো
  • categorize করো:
    • filled
    • unfilled
    • reversed

🔵 Task 2 — Structure Mapping

🔴 Task 3 — Backtest Model

Test this model:

Sweep → BOS → FVG → Entry

🟣 Task 4 — Journal

  • Gap type
  • context
  • result
  • mistake

🎯 FINAL SUMMARY

👉 Gap is not just a “price hole”
👉 It is a liquidity imbalance + institutional footprint

Mastery

  • কখন gap will fill
  • কখন it will ignore
  • কখন it signals reversal
